FEBG invests in an entire ecosystem that supports entrepreneurs of color.

That ecosystem comprises partnerships with Business Service Organizations (BSOs), innovative capital providers, worker co-ops, creators of data collection platforms that more efficiently collect and analyze key data, and human-based ecosystem designers.
